Beautiful view Very dated rooms. Upgrades would enable staff to clean more effectively. Not to the level of resorts in its category. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, but the rooms have not been. The food was excellent. The buffet was just a buffet, but that's not my preferred choice of food. Well, the other on the property was wonderful. Pool bartenders were awesome.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular. A/C worked well. We did have two days without hot water. One or two lights didn't work, but enough did. The staff was in all areas were excellent.

Ocean view was great! Sound of the waves were beautiful. The noise level of other things was fairly loud (neighbours, bands on the beach). Honestly with the ac on it was fine. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the maids did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet was hard to eat at so if you’re looking for western food, skip the all inclusive and eat out. Loved having a bus stop so close and an OXXO. Typical 3\*
